Gluten Free Travel Girl
Thank you @fabulousarizona for naming me as a Fab Foodie! 😄 It is such an honor to be on the same list as @writeonrubee, @azfoodie, @azfoodguy, @foodiehand, @eatinarizona and @eatdrinkaz! I love doing this and am very grateful 🙏🍔🥙🥗🌯🌮🥪🌭🥓🍕🍟🍳🥟🍤🦪🍥🥧🎂🍭🥧🍦🫕🍜🍯🍪🍩 <Link in bio>
Check out the new creative and immersive cocktail lounge at 36th St & Indian School in Phoenix! @36below took over where @undertowphx used to be. The space is small, the walls take you to a rotating destination and the cocktails are outrageous! I ordered the Garden of Gypsies, intrigued by the savory vegetable components. This quirky, fun spot opens this Friday 🥂
Truffled goat cheese, egg, arugula, roasted red pepper panini on @canyonglutenfree at the new @flagstaffstationmarketcafe! They just opened in September and have 4.8 stars on Google ⭐️
Don’t you just love when your friends and family are this considerate of your dietary needs and it’s not even your party! 😆 We celebrated my gorgeous sister-in-law and my niece who is about to enter this world and this was the gluten free section. (To be fair, I wasn’t the only GF guest but still thought it was amazing!) Swipe to see the rest of the spread! 🤩
EDIT: winner chosen: @mascarabandit!
10 years of gluten free! It is so hard to believe it’s been that long.
A reminder (for myself) that content doesn’t mean lazy. And that anxious productivity leads to burnout.
I love @obxhealth for providing a 100% gluten free restaurant in the small and charming town of Marshall, Michigan. This blueberry crumble muffin was amazing and I’m craving the Vietnamese bowl again 😋
Brunch time! 🍳🥂I had no idea @eatdailyjam in Tempe had so many GF options!
First time trying @lostaquitosaz 🌮 The street taco corn tortillas are GF and so are the rice and vegan beans!
Happy donut day! 🍩
Gluten free Phoenix! 🌵 It was hard to narrow it down but @visitphoenix challenged me to pick 10 restaurants with amazing GF options. Thank you for this opportunity to share our growing gluten free scene with visitors to our state! ☀️
No way this isn’t the best gluten free burger in town! Happy #NationalBurgerDay! 🍔
It’s crazy to think how far we’ve come in the 10 years I’ve been gluten free. Back then, I would be thrilled if a restaurant had anything on the menu I could eat. Now, I have the audacity to ask what kind of bread or dough they use 🤪 (AKA no Udi’s freezer section!)
Anyone else a sucker for unusal salads? Give me snap peas & prosciutto over tomato & croutons any day 😆
In case you needed a reminder 😶🌫️
New-to-me spot: @bellyphx! There’s only about 3 gluten free items on the menu (damn you modern day soy sauce) but this turmeric chicken clay pot was fantastic!
Pop tart update!🫐 I was so excited to find these at @wholefoods after a loooong search for GF toaster pastries.
